    By accessing or using Pod-stack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    2. Description of Service

    Pod-stack is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to generate podcasts, ebooks, YouTube Shorts, and social media posts from keywords. The Service utilizes third-party AI providers (including OpenAI and ElevenLabs) to produce content on your behalf.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
    • One person may not maintain more than one free account
    • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

    4. Subscription Plans & Billing

    Pod-stack offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Usage limits are enforced per plan tier and reset at the start of each billing cycle.

    5. Content Ownership & License

    • You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service
    • You grant Pod-stack a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as part of the Service
    • AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing
    • You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights

    6. Acceptable Use

    Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed guidelines on permitted and prohibited uses of the Service.

    7. Third-Party Services

    The Service integrates with third-party APIs (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, YouTube, Buzzsprout, Podbean, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Pod-stack is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

    8. API Keys & Credentials

    You are responsible for any costs incurred through third-party API keys you provide to the Service. Pod-stack encrypts and securely stores your credentials but is not liable for charges resulting from your usage of third-party APIs through our platform.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Pod-stack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data before account deletion.
