    This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of Pod-stack. Because our platform generates AI-powered content at scale, responsible usage is critical to maintaining quality and trust for all users.

    2. Prohibited Content

    You may not use Pod-stack to create, distribute, or publish content that:

    • Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
    • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence
    • Is sexually explicit or exploitative, especially involving minors
    • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
    • Impersonates real individuals without their consent
    • Spreads misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive
    • Contains malware, phishing, or other security threats
    • Violates the terms of third-party platforms (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)

    3. Prohibited Activities

    • Automated mass content generation designed to spam platforms
    • Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions
    • Reselling access to the Service without authorization
    • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
    • Using the Service to compete directly with Pod-stack
    • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
    • Overloading the Service through excessive API calls or abuse

    4. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

    AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all content before publishing. Pod-stack does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

    5. Platform Compliance

    When publishing content to third-party platforms (YouTube, Buzzsprout, Podbean, etc.), you must comply with their respective content policies and community guidelines. Pod-stack is not responsible for content that is removed or flagged by third-party platforms.

    6. Enforcement

    Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Repeated violations will result in immediate account termination.

    7. Reporting Violations

    If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it through the Pod-stack platform. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
